We will review your request and contact you via email with the design within 48 business hours after receiving your request.
Please be as descriptive about your request as possible, provide any specific text you'd like be printed. Our designer reserves rights to make decisions about design where details are not available. We will send proof of design to you via email and wait for your approval before printing the backdrop. Two design revisions are allowed under normal circumstances.

Processing: 1-3 Business Days, depending on how fast the design is finalized and approved, if applicable.
Processing timeline is an estimate and the actual processing time depends on time it takes for the buyer to approve design and/or the number of modifications requested before design is approved. We provide first proof of design within 24-48 business hours after an order is received.
Standard Free Shipping: 2-5 Business Days. No minimum purchase necessary.
We use FedEx and UPS ground shipping services for most of our orders. We do not provide expedited shipping options at this time.

The backdrop stand is not included with this purchase. Please choose one of the hanging options from dropdown menu while placing your order.
Pole Pockets: Choose Pole pockets when using a backdrop stand.
Grommets: Choose Grommets when using command hooks.
Caring Tips
Caring Tips
A Vinyl backdrop is non-washable, however it can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
Fabric backdrops are washable and can be ironed on front and/or back to remove any wrinkles.
